Welcome to the Missy on-line shopping experience. We hope we have made this site easy to use.

Missy is a small but vibrant shop in Horsforth, Leeds and provides a wide range of footwear, handbags and accessories for discerning ladies, and much more. At the moment the on-line shop only sells bags and accessories which do not need to be tried on to see if they fit. We will gradually be expanding the range we offer on-line, so watch this space as we grow.

Feel free to browse these pages, but as this is only a small sample of what we have in stock in our shop, please contact us if there is anything in particular you are looking for, or call in person. We are open from 9.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. Monday to Saturday, except Bank Holidays. We are happy to take orders over the telephone and post them to you.

You can browse and see the prices and even put items into your shopping basket without registering, but when you finally decide to make a purchase you will need to register with us so that you can give us your address and we can contact you regarding the progress of your order. There are additional advantages to being registered including receiving advanced warning of our sales, and being able to break off shopping and return later without losing the contents of your shopping basket.

One problem we have is that it is impossible to obtain a photograph of every colour of every product we stock, so in order to give you an idea, we try and provide one high quality picture of each design, list the colours, and then provide a colour swatch which is a sample of each colour in the form of a picture of one item in each colour. We hope you find this helpful, and easy to understand. Sometimes we only have a photograph of a particular item in a colour we do not even stock, but unfortunately there is nothing we can do about this. You will need to check that the colour you want is actually available from the colour drop down menu with each product.

When we receive your order, we first double check to make sure your goods are in stock, when they are put on one side ready for shipping or collection, and only then do we charge your Credit/Debit card. Please note that this means the system does not check your card on-line so you will not get any immediate feedback if you have made a mistake in entering your details, so please check carefully as any errors may cause a delay. In the unlikely event of something having been sold out from the shop floor between you making your order and us checking it, we will inform you by email and ask you how you wish to proceed.

While we are happy to allow you to return something if it is not just what you want, you will realise that there is a cost involved in posting things to you and we would deduct this cost from any refunds. If the goods are faulty we would of course give you a full refund as these terms in no way affect your statutory rights.
