Shipping

We can either send goods using the most appropriate service offered by Royal Mail, or you can collect them in person from the shop. If you collect, please bring a copy of the email confirming the goods have been reserved for you.

Shipping will usually be by first class post recorded delivery within the UK and international signed for orders outside of the UK. This method will require someone to be present to sign for the goods. The cost of shipping will be calculated and you will be advised before the goods are shipped so that you can approve the extra cost Once you have agreed, the cost will be added to the price of your purchase, your card debited and the goods shipped.

Orders outside the UK will have an additional shipping cost as we ensure that the items are insured and signed for. We will notify you of the extra cost for your approval.

We hope to be able to offer next day delivery at an extra cost provided your order is received by 10.00 a.m. and the goods are in stock. We would email you to confirm when the goods are in the post.

We try to dispatch your order within 48 hours, but hopefully it will be the same day if your order is received before 12 noon. Orders received on Saturdays or Sundays will not be dealt with until the Monday at the earliest.

As you might expect, we cannot accept responsibility if Royal Mail fails to deliver on time.

Returns

Before returning goods for any reason, please contact us for a returns number and inform us of the reason for the return. You will have to pay for the cost of return, and we will not refund the cost to you unless the goods are faulty. You must ensure that the goods are properly packed and adequately insured. You can opt to return goods to the shop in person during normal opening hours.

If you decide you do not want the goods for any reason, and wish to return them for exchange or refund, they must be in pristine condition, sent with all the original packaging, labels and leaflets intact and complete, and be in a condition suitable for sale to another customer. This means there should be no sign of them having been used/worn. We will require a copy of your original invoice/receipt. A small handling charge to cover our postage to you may be made. Sale goods are non-returnable, but this does not effect your statutory rights.

Times and days

You must notify us within 2 working days if goods are faulty, or if you wish to return them for a refund or exchange and they must be returned to us within one week from the date you receive them. We will endeavour to make any refund within 3 working days of receipt.

For the purposes of all calculations, Saturday and Sunday are not counted as "working days" so goods etc. will not normally be dispatched on these days, but will have to wait until the following Monday.
